Lumina

Are dancers truly free, or are they prisoners dancing with their own shadows?

Behind the grace on stage lies intense training, struggles with body image, and battles with self-worth: Is ballet a liberating art form, or an endless competition? "Lumina" sheds light on the price of perfectionism in the world of ballet and the physical and mental pressures that come with it. The pursuit of flawlessness becomes a grueling challenge for both body and soul, as the dancer enters a relentless cycle of self-critique, constantly searching for imperfections in the mirror.
